Action Step #1

Action Step #2
Go low-fat, not no-fat! Decrease your dietary fats to allow your detoxification pathways time to restore. Fat causes your liver to dump toxic bile down a pathway not functioning as its intended too, leaving the toxins to roam throughout your bloodstream and create disturbing symptoms!
In time you will be able to reintegrate fat, once your bile ducts are healed, for now limit fat to the fatty acids present in lean red meat and lightly spraying your pan with avocado oil when needed.
During this protocol let go of butter, cheese, eggs, full fat dairy, salmon, pork and liver.
Action Step #3
Aim for 25 grams of protein at each meal from grass-fed meat, organic chicken, white fish, egg whites, organic tofu or lean lamb. The liver requires many amino acids, like cysteine, glutamine and glycine, to go through different phases of liver detoxification. Taurine is an especially liver supportive amino acid, found only in animal foods.
